[Universal RP][Templates] Line Endings are not set to OSNative by default when using the Universal RP Template
When using the Universal RP Template, line endings will not be set to OSNative. This setting should be set to OSNative by default unless there is a good reason to change it for the template.
1. Open Unity
2. Create a new project using the Universal RP template
3. When the project is open, go to Edit > Project Settings > Editor
4. Inspect the Line Endings For New Scripts field
Expected Result:
Line Endings are set to OSNative
Actual Result:
Line Endings are set to Unix/Windows depending on the version of Unity you are using.
Tested on MacOS 10.14.6
Reproduced on 2019.3.7f1, 2020.1.0b3, 2020.2.0a5 (I did not test beyond the creation of Universal RP)
