Test Runner’s vertical scrollbar overlaps with the up and down arrows and upper toolbar tabs when the window is minimized
How to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Navigate to the Test Runner window (Window → General → Test Runner)
3. Resize the window to make it smaller
4. Move the vertical scrollbar up and down
Expected result: Vertical scrollbar is easy to select and it is not overlapping with up and down arrows and the tab displaying test results
Actual result: Vertical scrollbar is difficult to click on, as it overlaps with the up and down arrows and the tab displaying test results
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0b16, 2022.3.62f1, 6000.0.50f1, 6000.1.4f1, 6000.2.0b3
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
