UnityYAMLMerge generates an empty prefab when merging a custom prefab with itself
How to reproduce:
1. Download the attached 'files-1258865.zip' files
2. Run the 'bug.bat' batch file
3. Open the generated 'right.prefab' file
Expected result: a correct prefab is generated (or a clear error is thrown)
Actual result: an empty prefab file is generated
Reproducible with: 2018.4.14f1, 2019.4.2f1, 2020.1.0a16
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.0a17, 2020.1.0b14, 2020.2.0a16
Note: 2020.2a and 2020.1b yields the following error message: 'Cannot find transform mapping from fileID while looking for cycles.'
