[iOS] UnityWebRequest Asset Bundle stalls when downloading
How to reproduce:
1. Download the attached BundleDownloadRepro.zip and enter the password (The password is in the comments)
2. Go to File-> Build Settings-> Switch to iOS Platform
3. Build for iOS and deploy the Xcode project to the iOS device
Actual: Downloading never starts
