UnityEngine.Hash128 and UnityEditor.GUID are not serialized in user components
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user's attached project and scene "GuidsScene"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. In Hierarchy window, select "Guids" GameObject
4. In Inspector window, observe "Hash 128", "Guid" and "Entities Hash 128" fields
Expected result: Variables are serialized
Actual result: Variables are not serialized
Reproducible with: 2018.4.26f1, 2019.4.9f1, 2020.1.3f1, 2020.2.0a21
