Unity UI package missing dependencies
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "UguiDependenciesBug.zip"
2. In Editor, open Window -> Package Manager window
3. Click on "Unity UI" package
4. Observe Dependencies and Console window
Expected result: informative errors that the dependency packages are missing or no errors
Actual result: in Console window uninformative errors, in Package Manager missing dependencies
Reproducible with: 2018.4.17f1, 2019.3.8f1, 2020.1.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2020.2.0a1, 2020.2.0a5
Could not test with: 2017.4.37f1
