Unity Test Framework printing empty DateTimes as End Times when printing xml report
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached "UTF-Missing-end-time" project and Edit the "EditModeTests.bat" first line to point to the directory of Unity.exe (For example: "C:
Program Files\\2021.1\\2021.1.0a5_0878d20e0f3c\\Editor
Unity.exe" ^)
2. Run the .Bat
3. Check "EditModeTestResults.xml" test End Times
Expected results: The End Times are calculated correctly
Actual results: The End Times are not calculated and empty DateTimes are printed (0001-01-01)
Reproducible with: 1.1.16 (2019.4.15f1), 1.1.18 (2020.1.14f1, 2020.2.0b11, 2021.1.0a6)
Could not test with: 2018.4 (The .bat freezes and doesn't execute)
