Unity Hub provides no information regarding project creation/opening failing when the used Editor Version was manually moved/uninstalled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the Unity Hub
2. Install any Editor version
3. Manually move or uninstall the Editor versions folder
4. Attempt to open or create a new project with the deleted version
Expected result: An error is thrown saying - “the folder moved or the version is uninstalled”
Actual result: When opening projects nothing happens, when creating projects “Unable to create projects” warning is thrown
Reproducible with: 3.7.0
Reproduces on: Windows 11, macOS (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: After restarting the Hub the Editor is no longer available in the Editor list
