Unity Hub loses Debug Mode functionality after starting Editor and switching between sections
Reproduction steps:
1. Open Unity Hub in Debug Mode for any version
2. Launch any Project from the Projects section
3. In Unity Hub, go to the Installs section
4. Go back to the Projects section
5. Observe Unity Version dropdowns
Expected result: Debug mode functionality is present (unable to change the Editor version for the project)
Actual result: Debug mode functionality is not present (able to change Editor version for the project)
