Expected result: Unity Hub is fully closed or there’s an option in Unity Hub settings to change this behavior
Actual result: Unity Hub is minimized to the system tray, forcing users to then expand the system tray, find Unity Hub, right-click it, and click “Quit Unity Hub”

Reproduced in: 3.5.0

Reproduced using: Windows 10, Windows 11

Note: Moreover, Unity Hub consumes hundreds of MB of RAM until quit from the system tray

"Working as designed" your design is flawed.. everyone in any form of production knows that more steps to complete an actions means more time, more money, and lost production. We should have the option to just click the X and everything shuts down.. @unity if you do not agree, you are doing all your users a disservice, especially if you are not applying the philosophy that the less steps it takes to perform a task means more and faster iterations in any type of project, but not over looking security of course, which should be the only reason for an adding an additional step in a process, which does not include innovation or improvements.

I need to exit Unity Hub to test my project templates every time and it's frustrating.
