Unity Hub gets stuck during the uninstall process when the UAC prompt is declined
Reproduction steps:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Uninstall any Editor from the Installs tab
3. When the Windows UAC prompt appears, select “No“
4. Observe the Editor in the Unity Hub’s Installs tab
Expected result: Uninstall operation fails, Editor status reverts to default (the cog wheel appears again)
Actual result: “Uninstalling Editor…” text is being permanently displayed near the Editor
Reproducible with: 3.7.0
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (21H2)
Not reproducible on: M1 MacOS 14.1 (No such prompt exists)
