Unity Hub bug reporter gets stuck in an infinite loop when there is a folder in the Hub logs directory
How to reproduce:
1. Go to the "C:\\Users\\%username%\\AppData\\Roaming\\UnityHub\\logs" directory
2. Create an empty folder in that directory
3. Open Unity Hub
4. Click on the profile Icon -> Troubleshooting -> Report a bug
5. Fill in the field and send the bug
Expected results: the bug report is sent successfully
Actual results: the bug reporter gets stuck in an infinite loop
Reproducible with: Hub 2.4.2

-The error message that gets logged when the issue occurs:
