Unity hangs on Splash Screen when deployed on HoloLens 2 Emulator
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "UWP-Enumerate.zip"
2. Open File>Build Settings...
3. Switch Platform to UWP
4. Build the Project
5. Open the built project with Visual Studio
6. Deploy on HoloLens 2 Emulator
Expected results: Build runs on HoloLens 2 Emulator without hanging
Actual results: Build hangs on Unity Splash Screen
Reproducible with: 2020.3.36f1, 2021.3.6f1, 2022.1.8f1, 2022.2.0a18, 2023.1.0a1
Reproducible on: HoloLens 2 Emulator (10.0.20348.1506)
Not reproducible on: HoloLens 2 Emulator (10.0.20348.1450).

Resolution Note:
As mentioned before, we've identified this as a bug in Microsoft's HoloLens 2 Emulator and reported the bug to them as
"DXGI Swapchain waitable object handle never gets signalled on HoloLens emulator 10.0.20348.0.1506"
We haven't had any updates from Microsoft regarding this issue but hopefully it will be fixed in future versions of the HoloLens 2 Emulator.
