Unity hangs after creating a new Script when it's edited in AssetsModifiedProcessor
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "case_1244361-Project.zip"
2. In the Project Window, create a new C# Script
3. If a prompt shows up, click "cancel"
4. Go to the System Preferences->Security & Privacy
5. In the General tab, click "Allow" at the bottom of the window
6. Return back to the Editor
Expected result: Editor doesn't hang
Actual result: Editor hangs
Reproducible with: 2019.3.14f1, 2020.1.0b9, 2020.2.0a18
Couldn't test with: 2017.4.40f1 (Package Manager doesn't exist), 2018.4.23f1 (Project breaks)
