Unity freezes when unmaximizing a maximized Game view and VSync is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Enable VSync in the Game view (Free Aspect > VSync)
4. Maximize and unmaximize the Game view
Reproducible with: 2021.3.41f1, 2022.3.9f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.40f1, 6000.0.13f1
Fixed in: 2022.3.10f1
Reproducible on: macOS (14.5 Sonoma (Intel), 14.4.1 Darwin (M3 Max))
Not reproducible on: Windows 11
Notes:
- The Game view can be maximized and unmaximized by double-clicking on the Game view tab or using trackpad gestures
- No stack trace
