Unity freezes on File - New Project when there is no Cef window in layout
How we can reproduce it using the example you attached
- Create a new project
- Load default layout
- File - New Project
--> Unity relauches but editor is unresponsive
If there is a cef window open in the layout (eg: Asset Store), new project works properly
(Thus workaround is to leave asset store open in the layout)
