Unity Editor freezes when clicking the "Configure" button in the .blend file's Rig tab
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. In the Project Window, select the "character.blend" file
3. In the Inspector, navigate to the Rig tab
4. In the Rig tab, click the "Configure" button
Expected result: Unity Editor doesn't freeze
Actual result: Unity Editor freezes
Reproducible with: 2018.4.20f1, 2019.3.9f1, 2020.1.0b4, 2020.2.0a5
Couldn't test with: 2017.4.39f1 (Configure option is not accessible in the .blend file's Rig tab)

Resolution Note (2020.2.X):
The supplied model is set up incorrectly. It contains 38 duplicates of the same complex rig - totalling 3308 bones in total, exceeding what we would consider to be reasonable bounds for using the Humanoid configuration tool. The Editor will eventually display, it will just take a very long time.
