An extra not needed scrollbar becomes visible in the preset "Inspector" window
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a project
- Go to "Edit" -> "Project Settings"
- Select the "Tag and Layers"
- Click the "Preset" creation button
- Click the "New Tag Manager Preset"
- Create a preset
- Go to the "Project" window
- Double-click the newly created preset
- Verify that its data is displayed in the "Inspector" tab
Actual results: A scrollbar is displayed at the bottom of the "Inspector" window
Expected results: A scrollbar should be hidden
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.53f1, 6000.1.11f1, 6000.2.0b9, 6000.3.0a1
