Unity Editor crashes when importing "Substance in Unity" plugin
To reproduce:
1. Open Unity and create a new project
2. Open Asset Store
3. Download and Import “Tavern & Inn” by CRAFT STUDIOS: https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/3d/environments/historic/tavern-inn-111393
4. Download and Import “Substance in Unity”
Expected results: Unity Editor successfully imports “Substance in Unity” plugin
Actual results: Unity Editor crashes
Notes:
- This issue appears on both Windows and macOS

Reproduced on Unity 2018.3.0b8, 2018.3.1f1 and 2019.1.0a13

This bug is still not fixed in the newest Unity version (2019.2.10f1). However, the issue is not the plugin import itself, but rather that the plugin chokes on certain .sbsar files present in the project. The crash log shows the offending file (the last listed one before the crash). Removing that file will allow the plug-in to continue (although obviously there might be multiple offending files).
