Unity doesn't display correct paths / filenames when they contain non-Latin characters
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
Result: console displays "Assets/???/???.cs when there's an error in the script instead of displaying the correct name.
Reproducible on: 5.4.4p1, 5.5.1f1, 5.6.0b5

Resolution Note:
This particular case has been investigated thoroughly and we have decided, in the interests of protecting the stability and features of Unity for users that rely upon the affected versions, to not address this fix. We understand that this will cause problems for some users, and fully intend for an existing, or forthcoming upgrade to provide the solution that you need.
