Unity doesn't close for long time after performing Android APK/AAB Builds
How to reproduce it:
1. Open the attached project "New Unity Project-4.zip"
2. Build it for Android
3. Close Unity
4. Notice Unity shutdown time
Expected results: Unity closes in up to 30 seconds
Actual results: Unity closes in > 30 seconds (more often after more than 1 minute)
Reproducible with: 2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.20f1, 2021.1.24f1, 2021.2.0b15, 2022.1.0a12

Resolution Note (2022.1.X):
Deleting a large amount of files is just generally slow, there is not much room for optimizations in that regard. This issue is gone with incremental build pipeline which was introduced in Unity 2021.2.0
