Unity crashes when renderer culling and animator getting disabled at the same time
How to reproduce:
1. Launch attached project, scene "Assets/Game.unity"
2. Press play
3. Let enemy kill you at the same time when wall is being destroyed and hero is close to the wall (seen in gif)
4. Unity will crash
Seems crash occurs due to:
Renderer::ClearPropertyBlock
Animator::ClearRelatedPropertyBlock
