Unity crashes when opening project with corrupt ArtifactFB file
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the project (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1srpz4YBrVtle2RB8am8PNXFzuQagXrAY/view?usp=sharing)
2. Observe the crash when importing the project's assets
Expected result: Project imports its assets without crashing
Actual result: Project crashes, when importing assets
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a10, 2019.4.3f1, 2020.1.0a1, 2020.1.0b13, 2020.2.0a1, 2020.2.0a15
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.28f1, 2019.3.0a9, 2019.4.4f1, 2019.4.13f1, 2020.1.0b14, 2020.1.10f1, 2020.2.0a16, 2020.2.0b8, 2021.1.0a2
Note: Project does not crash if "ArtifactDB" and "ArtifactDB-lock" files are removed from the "Library" folder
