Unity caching only caches data files
-e: the caching only caches the data files but not the code which can be a few megabytes every start
-repro:
--start new unity project
--import some scenes (like standard assets from A$)
--switch to WebGL
--enable data caching in player options
--build
--run build from a server
--NOTICE only the data file will get cached
