Unity 5.5 unable to connect to cache server
To reproduce:
1) Create new project
2) Open Edit -> Preferences -> Cache Server
3) Change mode to "Remote" and Port to anything else, like 6222
4) Test connection - it will obviously fail without a server
5) Close and reopen Unity
6) See in console that it is querying the default port instead of one you set
Reproduced in 5.5.0f3, 5.5.0p4, 5.6.0b4
Not reproduced in 5.4.4p1
