[UNETServerDll][ReliableSequenced] "val >= 0" assert appears in bad network conditions
Steps:
1. Open attached solution
2. Build
3. Run ClientGUI.exe
4. Click "Start"
==>
Server appears
5. Click "Connect"
==>
Server: "Active clients: 1"
6. Click "RepeatedSend"
==>
Server: "255 == 255" messages started to appear
7. Run Clumsy with 50 ms Latency
==>
Everything seems to be ok, messages still arrive in correct order
8. Stop Clumsy
==>
Server: Errors about mixed order of received messages and asserts "val >= 0" appear
Note: Assert appears quickly if you run clumsy with packet drop value (e.g. 10%)
