[UNet] Possible transform desyncs just by connecting and disconnecting the client to the host repeatedly
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the project.
2. Build the project.
3. In the Editor, play the project.
4. In the Editor, press the "LAN Host" to host a server.
5. In the Build, press the "LAN Host" button once.
6. In the Build, press the "LAN Client [localhost]".
7. In the Build, press the Stop button.
8. In the Build, press the "LAN Client [localhost]".
9. In the Build, press the Stop button.
10. Keep repeating Step 6 through Step 9, and notice the inconsistent behaviour.
Note: Changing Network Managers' Log level to 'Developer' seems to drastically reduce the count of these desyncs.
