Unable to edit the summary or name via the inspector
I can't change the summary or name of a Bolt Class, Asset or Enum in the inspector. The only place you can edit the summary is via the Bolt Class explorer.
Expected:
1. I should be able to add text to the summary field in the inspector.
2. The summary field should only appear in the Class explorer.
Steps to reproduce
* Create a new project with Bolt 2.0.0.a12 and Unity 2019.4.1f1
* Add a new Class, Asset or Enum
* In the inspector try yo add a summary
