[UIToolkit] wrong label measure upon display change
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "BugUIToolkitLabel.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. In Game View, click on "Tab 2" button then the "Tab 1" button
4. In Game View, observe the two textboxes
Expected result: The textboxes correctly fit the size of the text
Actual result: The textboxes have an incorrect size
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.14 (2020.3.8f1, 2021.1.7f1)
Could not test with: 2018.4.35f1, 2019.4.26f1 (UI Toolkit package unavailable), 2021.2.0a17 (UI Toolkit errors break project)
