UI: wrong event handling priority with nested canvases
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open test scene
3. Press play
4. Try to click on any button and you'll see that "Grey" is always activated
5. Disable "Grey" GO and try to click on buttons that left
6. Notice that "Green" and "Blue" work as expected, but clicking on "Red" activates "Green"
