UI Toolkit CurveField range property doesn't restrict curve values
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Repro“ project
2. Open the custom “TestEditorWindow” window (Tools > Test Editor Window)
3. Edit the curve
4. Drag existing points out of [0;1] range
Expected result: The curve is restricted in the [0;1] range in both the x and y-axis
Actual result: The curve is not restricted in any axis
Reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.18f1, 2023.2.7f1, 2023.3.0b4
Reproducible on: M1 MacOS 14.2, Windows 10 (22H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
