[UI Toolkit] An error is thrown in Console window when switching Editor’s Code Optimization mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Open the Package Manager (Window->Package Manager)
3. Add UI Toolkit package from git URL ("+" > Add package from git URL... > "com.unity.ui" > Add)
4. Switch the Editor’s Code Optimization mode to Release or Debug in the bottom right of the Unity Editor Status Bar
5. Observe the Console window
Expected result: no errors appear in the Console window
Actual result: the "The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open. 0 file(s) copied." error is logged
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.14 (2021.1.0a8, 2021.1.0b9), UI Builder 1.0.0-preview.14 (2021.2.a9)
Not reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.14 (2020.2.6f1), UI Builder 1.0.0-preview.9 (2021.1.0a1)
Could not test with: 2018.4, 2019.4 (UI Toolkit is not introduced yet), 2021.1.0a1-0a7 and 2021.2 (due to UI Toolkit's errors)
