UI redraw issue when game view aspect is changed
1. Create an empty project
2. Create a UI label ( gameObject -> UI -> Text )
2. Switch to game view tab and change the aspect Ratio to 16:9
result: You'll see that the text moves, but is not at the right place. To make it move to the right place, hit the aspect ratio button again. See attached video image.
regression found from 5.4.B15 to 5.4.B18 on windows 10.
