UI performance degradation when a graph asset has hidden VisualElements
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "ReproProj" project
2. Open the "Assets/Recipe" asset
3. Observe the results
Expected Result: It opens almost instantly
Actual Result: It takes 4-5 seconds to open
Reproducible with: 6000.0.4f1
Couldn't test with: 2021.3.38f1, 2022.3.30f1 (due to the local package)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Note: According to the reporter this is caused by a CommandManipulator.FindTailCommandInsertionPoint inefficiency
