UI leaks memory when it is being animated
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the user (2017.2_939424_Shared UI Mesh memory leak.zip)
2. Open the "Scene" scene
3. Open Profiler window
4. Enter Play mode
5. In the Profiler, click Memory section and see how meshes memory increases indefinitely
Expected: mesh memory doesn't increase indefinitely
Reproduced in 2017.1.0a1, 2017.1.1f1, 2017.2.0b6, 2017.2.0b10, 2017.3.0a1
Did not reproduce in 5.6.3p2, 2017.3.0a2, 2017.3.0a7
