UI Image disappears/does not render when its color property is set using public color variable (color picker) via script
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached 'project-1199667.zip' project
2. Enter Play mode
Expected result: Image does not disappear
Actual result: Image disappears
Reproducible with: 2017.4.35f1, 2018.4.13f1, 2019.2.13f1, 2019.3.0b12, 2020.1.0a14
Additional notes:
- The color property is set correctly (as seen in the Inspector)
- Setting the color via predefined values like 'Color.black' or 'new Color(0f, 0f, 0f)' works fine

Resolution Note (2020.1.X):
Supplied color has a alpha of zero. Not sure what is suppose to render. As soon as it has any opacity it renders fine.
