[UI] Enabled Image after position change appears in the old spot while editing frames in a new spot
How to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Create UI -> Image
3. Disable Image in Inspector window and change position
4. Enable Image
Expected result: Enabled Image after position change appears in a new position.
Actual result: Enabled Image after position change appears in the old spot while editing frames in a new spot
Reproduced with: 2017.1.0b9, 2017.1.0f1, 2017.1.0f3, 2017.3.0a1
Not reproduced with: 5.6.2p3, 2017.1.0b8, 2017.2.0b1, 2017.2.0b3
