UI elements with negative values are not sorted correctly
To reproduce the issue follow the steps:
1. Open "UIParticles" project
2. Open "UIParticles" scene
3. Run the scene "UIParticles"
4. Enable and Disable "Canvas (1)" GameObject
5. Observe the difference that is drawn in the scene and game views
Reproduced in 5.3.4f1, 5.4.0b10, 5.2.2p4, 5.1.2p4
