UI elements display incorrectly in Game view when using SVG images
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Assets/myui.uxml” in UI Builder window
3. Observe the top SVG button
4. Open the Game view tab
5. Contrast the appearance of the top SVG button between the Game view and the UI Builder window
Expected result: The top SVG button appears consistent in both the UI Builder window and the Game view
Actual result: The top SVG button is too bright in the Game view
Reproducible with: 2021.3.43f1, 2022.3.43f1, 6000.0.2f1
Fixed in: 6000.0.3f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
