Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new project.
2. Click on Window > Analysis > UIElements Debugger.
3. Select any tab from tab selector drop-down.
4. Change any property.
Actual result:
Observe "EndLayoutGroup" exception is thrown on the console.
Environment:
Windows 10, Windows 7, Mac 10.12, Mac 10.13
