UI component properties get reset to prefab values if changed through Context Menu function
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Select Text gameobjects
3. Right Click on TextText component and select "Change"
4. Enter Play mode
Expected result: color property of text stays to what it was set to
Actual result: color is reset to the prefab color
Reproduced on 5.4.5p1, 5.5.4f1, 5.6.1p3, 2017.1.0b10, 2017.2.0a3
Notes:
-The same happens when modifying any property of any UI component
-Does not happen with non-UI components
