UI close to the right side of the Player is not interactable when the Player is pretty wide, but now very tall
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “SideInteraction“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene” scene
3. Build And Run
4. Resize the Player to be pretty wide, but not very tall (e.g. 900x300)
5. Interact with the toggle on the right side of the Player
Expected result: The toggle can be toggled on and off
Actual result: The toggle is not interactable
Reproduced with: 2019.4.40f1, 2020.3.35f1, 2020.3.36f1, 2021.3.4f1, 2022.1.5f1, 2022.2.0a17
Not reproduced with: 2020.3.34f1
Reproduced on: Windows 11, macOS 12.0.1 (Intel)

* Not reproduced in Play Mode
* Not reproduced with the left side
* Also reproduced with TextMeshPro

This is a major bug for any screen wider than 16x9. I don't understand how this priority system works but I hope it gets taken care of soon.

This issue seems to be based on the screen aspect ratio.
If the player windows aspect ratio is wider then the screen you can not interact (hover, click) with ui at the right side of the window.We had to add a workaround and disable resizable window for our next release.

This is a very serious issue, I don't understand why it takes so long to fix, it basically breaks the UI of any Unity app...
