UI Canvas doesn't scale when changing the plane distance
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project in Unity
2. Select the Canvas element in the hierarchy
3. Change the "Plane Distance" amount in the Canvas component
4. Observe that Canvas does not scale depending on the Plane distance
Reproduced with 5.5.0a6, 5.5.0b10
Not reproducible with: 5.4.2f2
