UI Button doesn't work on Display 2 when using New Input System
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached project “My Project”
2. Build And Run the project
3. Try to click the Button on the second monitor
Expected result: Button is clicked
Actual result: Button is not responding to the clicks
Reproduced with: 2021.2.0b1, 2021.3.12f1, 2022.1.19f1, 2022.2.0b8, 2023.1.0a12
Not reproduced with: 2020.3.40f1, 2021.1.28f1
Couldn’t test with: 2021.2.0a1, 2021.2.0a21 (The error messages are preventing the testing)
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro & MacOS
Note: Not reproducible in Editor
