How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project and Scenes/SampleScene scene
2. In the Project window, open Editor/Test.uxml
3. In the UI Builder Hierarchy, select TextElement
4. In the UI Builder Inspector, set Text Shadow color to red (or any other)
5. Observe the UI Builder Viewport and Game view (Text shadow is red)
6. Reopen the project
7. Observe the UI Builder Viewport and Game view
Expected result: Text shadow is red
Actual result: Text shadow is clear (RGBA is reset to (0, 0, 0, 0))
