[UI Builder] NullReferenceException is thrown on clicking the Settings button in the UI Builder window
On clicking the Settings button in the UI Builder window, Editor threw NullReferenceException, refer to the attached video
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new Project.
2. Window > UI Toolkit > UI Builder
3. UI Builder window > Settings > Click
Actual Result:
NullReferenceException is thrown on clicking the Settings button in the UI Builder window
Expected Result:
Project Setting windows opened gracefully

2021.2.0a18, 2021.2.0a14
Working Fine in:
2021.2.0a13, 2021.1.9f1
Environment:
Ubuntu 18.04, Windows 10 & macOS 10.14
