[UI] Undo or Applying UI Prefab resets children objects position

uGUI

-

Steps:
1. Open repro scene
2. On hierarchy, select "Icon" object
3. Change transform value of the "Icon" object, e.g. Pos X = -100
4. Select "PlayerBattleUI" parent object and click Apply
OR
3. Change transform value of the "Icon" object a several times, then Ctrl+Z to undo

Actual Result: The icon goes back to X = 0 position
Expected Result: The icon stays at X = -100 position Or undo to previous one step's position

Notes: If disable either or both of the two Image objects, the bug will not occur. But these 2 images have nothing to affect the position of the Icon object
This bug cause data lost as it resets almost all children objects in a large UI prefab.

Reproducible In: 2017.3.0b9 , 2017.3.0b7, 2017.3.0b5
Not reproducible in : 2017.3.0b4, 2017.3.0b3 , 2017.3.0b2 , 2017.2.0p1

For those who for some reason (for example bugs in newer versions...) cannot upgrade, there is a workaround that worked in my case: after clicking apply and the UI getting messed up, hit undo (ctrl+z), and then apply again. The second time it doesn't get messed up.

The problem occurred when I have a "ratio" component on it.
I just had to remove the "ratio" component and everything works but I have to found an other way to have the right ratio...

This issue is not resolved. The slider>Fill Area > Fill moves away from the rest of the slider every time I update this prefab.

OMG I am so screwed right now. This issue exists for me too after using 2017.3.0p3 for a week now. I can't go back a version either. Already been doing work.
Idk why this just now started happening to me.
It messed all my UI up so i have to keep fixing it each time which takes hours. Now i found this tracker so I won't even try fixing it now. It happen 4 times in a row with in the same day. omg this bug is sooooooooo bad.
