[UI] Add tooltips for long tree prototype names in tree palette
Tree prototype names are cut in tree palette. Differences at the end of the names are not visible. It makes sense to add a tooltip that will show the name.
Steps to reproduce:
see attached gif or:
1. Download and open attached project
2. Open t1 scene
3. Open Terrain Inspector -> Place Tree tab
4. Observe tree prototypes in tree palette, focus mouse on the tree prototype
Actual behavior:
Same name is shown for all tree prototypes, there is no ability to see the difference
Expected behvior:
There should be a tooltip that shows full name when focusing mouse on tree prototype
