List<T> in the Inspector does not update values when changed through Dropdown menu
How to reproduce:
1. Open the ‘FlagEnumTest.zip' project
2. Navigate to ‘Assets/Prefabs/TestPrefab’ and select it
3. Press the "+" button in the Inspector, in the "Test Component" Component
4. Select the 'Flags’ Dropdown menu and change to any other value
5. Observe the result
Actual result: The value of 'Flags’ Dropdown menu does not change
Expected result: The value of 'Flags' Dropdown menu does change
Reproducible with: 2022.3.9f1, 2022.3.71f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.8f1, 6000.0.66f2, 6000.3.7f1, 6000.4.0b7, 6000.5.0a6
Reproducible on: macOS 26.2 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
