When position value is set to a small number in Rect Transform, it is not allowed to reset position
1. Open the attached project
2. Open "scene1" scene (It has Canvas, Button)
3. Click on 'Button' in Hierarchy
4. Note that the field 'Pos X' has some value (not 0) in Rect Transform component
5. Right click on 'Rect transform'
6. Look at 'Reset position',it is not available.
Note: If small value( 3.45e-06) is set under Pos X 'Reset position' doesn't work, if it is set under Pos Z 'reset Position' becomes available
